How to measure your size?
Neck circumference
Measure at the base of the neck, snug but not tight. The tape is gathered in the hollow in the middle of the neck at the front, between the collarbones.
Chest circumference
It is measured along the most prominent points of the chest at the level of the armpits, across the back, along the shoulder blades, capturing subcutaneous fat deposits (it is better to measure with your back to the mirror to see how the tape lies on the back).
Waist circumference
It is measured at the narrowest point of the waist exactly horizontally, but without the measuring tape being tight.
Hip circumference
Measure horizontally around the fullest part of your buttocks and thighs. This is usually the area just below your waistline. Keep the tape snug, but not tight.
Arm circumference
It is measured at the fullest part of the arm at the armpit level, encompassing the subcutaneous fat deposits. The tape is positioned horizontally.
Back width
It is measured across the shoulder blades, horizontally from the shoulder joint of the right arm to the shoulder joint of the left arm.
Back length
It is measured vertically from the 7th cervical vertebra (the most prominent when you bend the flail forward) to the waistline, taking into account the indentation between the shoulder blades.
Bust height
It is measured vertically from the indentation at the base of the neck, between the collarbones to the most prominent point of the chest.
Center of the chest
It is measured horizontally in a straight line between the highest points of the chest.
Shoulder length
It is measured from the base of the neck to the end of the shoulder.
