Delivery terms

I. Delivery is usually made within 1-3 business days. In cases of major discounts or promotions, some deliveries may be delayed up to 15 business days.

The couriers we work with are: ECONT EXPRESS and SPEEDY

After you order, your selected products are saved in the system and sent for physical inspection to our warehouse.

Placing an order through the RADAPOLA website (https://www.radapola.bg/) does not guarantee the availability of all products, for the following reasons:

  • The products displayed online no longer exist in our physical warehouse, store warehouses or other storage facilities due to any of the following reasons - shoplifting, losses, inventory and warehouse system errors, limited stock, and others.
  • the products are defective or incomplete, which may be discovered during the process of their confirmation.

We assure you that we are constantly working to improve our system and improve our inventory management programs. The quality of the services we offer is priority number 1, but there are cases that are still affected by the human factor or technical errors.

The products (goods) and quantities on this site are stocks intended for sale here and in our stores. They are updated every 12 hours of the day. However, some of the products may not be available, although we constantly try to provide as detailed data as possible about the products we offer. In practice, we constantly update the pictures, information and stocks, but we cannot guarantee that all information is complete or error-free.

All changes regarding your order are visible in the "order status" section, in your customer profile on the website www.radapola.bg.

Payment for orders

- You can also pay for your orders in cash upon delivery to the courier company employees.

- You can pay for completed orders via the "Cash on Delivery" service with credit and debit cards, through the couriers' mobile POS terminals.

- All orders placed on RADAPOLA.BG can be paid with a credit/debit card through a virtual POS terminal on FIBank .

- Types of cards accepted: debit, credit and business cards Visa and MasterCard

- Transactions are carried out using the MasterCard Identity check and VISA Secure security programs.

- From a security point of view, the maximum amount for card payment is 5,000 leva.

- RADAPOLA.BG does not store or process data related to credit/debit cards.

- If an order is canceled, the amount will be refunded only to the same card from which the payment was made.

These payment methods entitle you to another free service called "Review and Test". Through it, you can take advantage of and within 10 minutes of the delivery of your orders, you can review and test them in the presence of an employee from the courier company. After that, you can keep them or return them. In case you decide to return your order, please follow the procedures described in the Return and Exchange sections. The return must be made at the customer's expense.
