Return and exchange

Conditions for returning and exchanging items from Radapola

Items made to order , individually designed or according to the customer's personal measurements are not subject to return or exchange .

All other items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase, under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition in which it was received - unworn, without signs of use and with the protective seal and label intact .
  • After removing the seal/label , the product is not subject to return or exchange .
  • The value of the returned items is not refundable , but an exchange with another item or a voucher of the same value, valid for 6 months , is offered. An individual one-time voucher or discount code is sent in the amount of the amount of the returned item. The code is sent to the recipient's email or Viber after he returns the shipment.

The trader has the right to refuse the return of a product, in accordance with the current legislation Art. 57. (Repealed - SG, issue 105 of 2006, in force from 01.01.2007, new - SG, issue 61 of 2014, in force from 25.07.2014) - Consumer Protection Act - CPA.

  • Custom-made products
    • Art. 57, item 3 : "for the supply of goods made to order by the consumer or in accordance with his individual requirements".
  • Hygienic reasons
    • Art. 57, item 5 : "for the delivery of sealed goods that are unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons related to hygiene or health protection."
    • This applies to swimwear, underwear and other products that come into contact with the skin .
  • Disruption of the commercial appearance
    • If the product is worn, damaged, stained, scented or without tags , the customer is not entitled to exchange it.

How to make a return or exchange:

  1. Fill out the return/exchange form .
  2. Send the items to one of the following addresses:

3.       Please send to email: info@radapola.bg or on Viber at +359 886 465 364 the following information:

  • Order number
  • Names of the person who placed the order
  • What to replace the item with:

- with another item (name of the new product and size)
- voucher

 IMPORTANT:

  • The return is at the customer's expense , unless the reason is a defect or error on our part.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition .
  • In the event of an exchange, the customer must specify exactly which new item they wish to receive.
  • When issuing a voucher, we send a paper one, handmade and suitable even for a gift, with delivery at our expense. Its validity is 6 months from the date of issue.
